Okay, this recipe is delicious. I'm not a huge pork eater, but I got on board with these. We baked them on 350 for an hour instead of broiling or BBQing. Also used a lot, like A LOT, more cilantro and lime than what it called for. Use fresh lime juice and cilantro. It makes all the difference.
