Orange sherbet champagne punch.

I have to share this recipe. It's too good. We had a version of this punch at our wedding and I had been craving it ever since. This time, I put some of my own spins on it. You should try it for your next spring event. It's very light and refreshing.

  • 2 bottles champagne (use your favorite kind. we like freixenet brut.)
  • 1 quart orange sherbet ice cream
  • 1 bottle (2 liters) ginger ale
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Lots of lemonade ice cubes
Chill everything. Pour it all in the bowl, saving the champagne for last. It will be seriously foamy. Serve immediately.
